how to take birth control pills
Start taking the first pill on the first day of your menstrual period or up to 5 days after your period. when starting to take the drug Eat in order of the arrows pointing to the end of the pack "Take 1 tablet a day, eat every day"
21-tablet form: Take until the 21st tablet (until the pack runs out), leave for 7 days and start a new pack. without worrying about when your period will come
28-tablet type: Take until the 28th tablet (run out of packs), start a new pack. For those who like to forget It is recommended to take the 28 pill form.

If you forget to take your medicine
Forgot to take 1 tablet: Take it as soon as you remember. Then take the next pill at the same time. For example, I usually take my birth control pill every day at 8 p.m. but I fell asleep last night. I remembered at 7:00 a.m., immediately took the pill and took it, and at 8:00 p.m. that day I continued to take the pill. (Which is a pill for that day), but if I remember at 2 pm when I saw the pill panel I ate 2 tablets at the same time.
Forgot to take 2 pills: Means you haven't eaten for 2 days in a row, and then remembered on the 3rd day, take 2 pills a day, morning and evening for 2 days in a row, that is, the morning of the third day, 1 pill in the evening of the third day. Another 1 pill and the next day is the fourth day, take 1 pill in the morning, 1 pill in the evening, and this month should use condoms as well.
Forgot to take 3 pills : Stop that pill immediately. Then wait to start a new panel on the first day of the next menstruation. The rest of the time you have to use condoms along with it.
